The personal experiences of the owner with mental disorders and developmental disabilities within their family encouraged them as a child to want to help and support these communities and populations. Thus, our company was born. Since 2015, we have been serving those who are living with daily living challenges related to intellectual and developmental disabilities. We at Transitions in Lyfe LLC believe that all people who are dealing with these conditions deserve the right to receive effective treatment and services, no matter what their economic background might be.
